Most international companies run regularly meetings
and workshops with multicultural groups. Especially
when critical issues occur and need to be discussed,
people from different cultural backgrounds who are
involved have different perceptions and ways to approach
problems. In order to manage these meetings effectively
it's important to have a neutral facilitator.
