Our approach towards leadership coaching
We see voluntary cooperation, neutrality, discretion and confidentiality as well as mutual trust between coach and coachee as a necessary foundation for coaching.
Objectives and key topics are defined in an initial consultation, set and written down in a target agreement and reflected upon during the coaching process and in the final session.
Our coaches usually work systemically. This means they consider the coachee’s environment, interdependencies as well as his or her own impact and position in this system. The coach leads the coachee through the development process and activates his or her potential through target-oriented exercises and interventions to find the coachee’s own solutions.
CultureWaves aligns with HR, the contracting party and the coachee regarding the choice of coach, the coaching process and objectives according to the company’s and coachee’s needs.
Along with questioning techniques, visualizations, systemic setup, practical exercise units and relaxation modules we can apply additional tools such as 360° feedback, LIFO®, MBTI®, DISC®or ‚The International Profiler‘ for the development of intercultural management competencies.
